Vanilla and Whisky flavored French toast

  • 25cl of milk
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 75g of cane sugar
  • 6 thick slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavouring
  • 1 tablespoon of whisky flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Whisk together eggs, sugar and milk.
  2. Add flavourings.
  3. Dip bread slices in this mixture.
  4. Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
  5. Put the slices of bread in the pan and brown on each side for about 2 minutes.
