Vanilla cream with tonka bean flavor

50cl of milk

5cl of full cream

1 tablespoon of natural organic Vanilla flavouring or 2 Vanilla beans

1.5 tsp. natural Tonka bean flavor

80g of sugar

2 eggs

1 egg yolk

20 g of cornstarch

1- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, the yolk and the sugar until they become white.

2- Add the cornstarch (to avoid lumps, remember to sift it).

3- Pour the milk and full cream into a saucepan.

4- Add the organic vanilla (or split vanilla pods) and Tonka bean flavors.

5- Bring to a boil.

6- Pour the milk mixture gently over the sugar and eggs while whisking.

7- Transfer gently into the pan and continue to mix over low heat until thickened.

8- You can now pour your preparation into small jars and put them in the refrigerator for 2h min before tasting!
