Vegetarian Buddha bowl with citrus flavour

250 g quinoa

1 half avocado

Squash seeds

A few broccoli

1 teaspoon of citrus flavouring

Sunflower seeds

Spinach shoots

A little red cabbage

Some sweet potatoes

100 g of soybeans

5 dl of vegetable stock

1. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil and cook the quinoa in it for about 20 minutes.

2. Spread the quinoa in the bowl and add your different seeds according to your wishes.

3. It's time to take care of the vegetables: cook the broccoli and sweet potatoes. Cut up your avocado and clean your spinach shoots.

4. Now lay out all the ingredients you have according to your desires.

5. Finally, sprinkle drops of citrus flavoring over the entire bowl and enjoy!
