I discoverWhipped mascarpone mousse with coconut and passion fruit flavors

- 3 fresh eggs
- 100g white sugar
- 250g of mascarpone
- 2 tbsp. organic coconut flavouring
- 2 tbsp. Passion Fruit flavoring
Preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Pour the yolks into a bowl and mix in the sugar until the mixture turns white.
- Gradually add the mascarpone and flavourings.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold the whites into the mixture.
