Whipped mascarpone mousse with coconut and passion fruit flavors

3 fresh eggs
100g white sugar
250g of mascarpone
2 tbsp. organic coconut flavouring
2 tbsp. Passion Fruit flavoring

Preparation:

Separate the whites from the yolks.
Pour the yolks into a bowl and mix in the sugar until the mixture turns white.
Gradually add the mascarpone and flavourings.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold the whites into the mixture.
