Whipped mascarpone mousse with coconut and passion fruit flavors

  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 100g white sugar
  • 250g of mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp. organic coconut flavouring
  • 2 tbsp. Passion Fruit flavoring

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Pour the yolks into a bowl and mix in the sugar until the mixture turns white.
  3. Gradually add the mascarpone and flavourings.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold the whites into the mixture.
