I discoverWhiskey flavored green cupcakes
- 130g of soft butter
- 130g wheat flour
- 130g brown sugar 125g vegetable margarine
- 2 eggs 50g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of whisky flavouring
- 2 drops of natural green coloring
1- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C and prepare your baking sheet by placing a sheet of parchment paper.
2- Melt the butter slightly in the microwave.
3- Whisk the eggs and the brown sugar. Then slowly add the flour and mix.
4- Add the melted butter and whisky flavouring and mix again until smooth.
5- Pour the mixture into the moulds to fill them up to 2/3. Put in the oven for 15 minutes and let cool before decorating.
6- To prepare the icing, put your bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10min. Once out of the freezer, add the vegetable margarine, powdered sugar and green coloring to the bowl.
7- Whip for about 5 minutes to form the whipped cream.
8- Fill your piping bag with the green whipped cream and decorate your cupcakes!
9- Enjoy or chill!
