Yoghurt Verrine with Vanilla flavored whipped cream and Raspberry meringue

  • 4 stirred yoghurts
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 punnet of raspberries
  • 50cl of heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of caster sugar
  • 1 tsp. tablespoon of raspberry flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp. tablespoon vanilla flavoring
Preparation:
  1. Before starting to make the whipped cream, place all the ingredients, including the vanilla flavouring and the utensils used, in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that they are cold.
  2. In a bowl, pour the fresh cream and whip until it rises. Then slowly add the sugars, spoon by spoon, and the Vanilla flavoring.
  3. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. Coarsely grind meringues while incorporating raspberry flavoring.
  5. In a verrine place a layer of meringue, then a layer of yogurt, a layer of meringue and finally a layer of whipped cream and some strawberries and raspberries.
