I discoverYuzu-flavored raspberry tartlets

- 2 puff pastries
- 1 tin raspberries
- 1 egg yolk
- 25cl milk
- 50g sugar
- 25g flour
- 2 teaspoons yuzu flavoring
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Line two tartlet moulds with the pastry discs.
- Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool when removed from the oven.
- Mix sugar and egg yolk.
- Stir in flour and half the milk.
- Set aside.
- Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan, then add the yuzu flavoring while stirring.
- Cook the cream.
- Remove from the heat when the cream is thick enough.
- Leave to cool.
- Clean the raspberries.
- Fill your tartlets with the Yuzu cream.
- Decorate the top with the raspberries.
- Chill until the last minute.
