    Guar seed flour (E412) is a natural thickener of vegetable origin which gives its texture to the flavor and makes it easier to use.

     

    Xanthan gum (E415) is also a natural thickener of vegetable origin, which gives texture and ease of use to the flavor. A classic food additive and declared safe by our vigilant European Community, it is present in a large number of food and pharmaceutical products.

     

    Sodium benzoate (E211), a preservative of plant origin, plays an important role in preventing the bacterial proliferation of products. It is authorised in food products in small quantities.
